1. Scope of the service

Rank Alert provides Google ranking checks, ranking history, notification logs, email notifications, browser notifications, and plan management features for registered users. Some features may vary by plan.

2. Account registration

Users must register with a valid email address and manage their password responsibly. If account information is incorrect or cannot be confirmed, some features may not be available.

3. Ranking data

Search rankings may vary depending on location, language, device, search engine changes, personalization, timing, and external data providers. Rank Alert does not guarantee perfect ranking accuracy, traffic increases, or revenue.

4. User responsibilities

Users are responsible for entering correct keywords, target URLs, search markets, and notification settings. If a keyword or URL is changed by registering a new keyword, past ranking history may not be directly comparable.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans are processed through an external payment provider. Plan limits, pricing, currency, billing cycle, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and receipts are handled according to the payment provider's settings and the plan shown at checkout.

6. Downgrades and plan limits

If a user downgrades to a lower plan, registered keywords are not automatically deleted. Monitored keyword limits and ranking check ranges may be adjusted according to the new plan. Users may need to stop or delete keywords before adding new ones.

7. Notifications

Email and browser notifications depend on user settings, device settings, browser behavior, operating system behavior, and external delivery services. Rank Alert does not guarantee that every notification will arrive instantly or be displayed on every device.

8. Prohibited use

Users may not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, overload the system, resell the service without permission, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

9. Suspension or changes

Rank Alert may temporarily suspend or change parts of the service for maintenance, security, provider changes, legal reasons, or operational needs.

11. Governing language

If there is any difference or conflict between the Japanese version and the English version of these Terms, the Japanese version will prevail.
