Do I need Slack or Discord?

No. Rank Alert works with email and push notifications. Slack and Discord may be added later, but they are not required.
Why is Rank Alert cheaper than most SEO tools?

How often are rankings checked?

Rank Alert checks keywords marked for daily tracking once per day. The service is designed for daily ranking monitoring, not hourly rank tracking.
What does out of tracked results mean?

It means your target URL was not found within the tracking range of your current plan. For example, if your plan checks the Top 50 and the page is outside that range, it may be shown as out of tracked results.
What is the difference between saved keywords and keywords checked daily?

Saved keywords are keywords stored in your account. Keywords checked daily are the active keywords Rank Alert tracks automatically every day.
Do I need to delete saved keywords before downgrading?

No. Saved keywords remain stored in your account. If you are over the new plan limit, you will not be able to add more keywords until your saved keyword count is within the limit.
Do I need to delete keywords checked daily before downgrading?

No. If your keywords checked daily exceed the lower plan limit, extra keywords may be stopped automatically. You can choose which keywords to check daily again later.
What should I check if push notifications do not arrive?

Use Chrome or Edge where possible, check browser notification permission, device notification settings, battery saving settings, and focus mode. On iPhone, open Rank Alert from the home screen web app.
Can I change a keyword or target URL after registration?

To keep ranking history reliable, keyword and target URL editing may be limited. If the keyword or URL is wrong, registering a new keyword is recommended.
